Daniel Roos’s “Facing The Present” project

Daniel Roos, a professional photojournalist in Stockholm, sent us a link to his Facing The Present photo series. In describing the series, Daniel says:

“A very personal project about me, my family and living with ASD, autism spectrum disorders. All pictures are taken with Hipstamatic and absolute no postproduction other than converting to grayscale and removing the month and year stamp on the frame. iPhone 4 and Hipstamatic. Lens: John S. Film: BlackKeys B+W”.

A very cool mobile photography project with a very personal twist. I look forward to seeing the series continue. Remember, you can submit your favorite mobile photography to the Objective Scenes Flickr group.

About DocPop

It all started with games.. During his daily ride on SF BART, Doctor Popular would constantly drain his new iPhone's battery playing Field Runners, but this app obsession soon spread from games to music. Using apps like Nanoloop and Thumbjam, Doc created an an entire album with his iPhone. He was also one of the first street musicians to perform with an iPad. Now Doc spends most of his spare time creating photography and visual art with his iPhone. Currently he is working on The Daily App Experiment, a year long collection of experimental art, and a book collecting his "appsperiments".
