Daily App Experiment #305 "Stop You Later"

Today’s Appsperiment was created with a mix of Percolator, Lo-mob, DXP, and Filterstorm on my iPhone 4S.

The original shot was taken with the basic Camera app, then tweaked in Lomob for more interesting colors. I then ran that version of the photo through Percolator for a very simple and large set of circles. I then mixed the Percolated version with the original using DXP’s “Plus Lighter” filter.

I didn’t want the photo to have an even amount of Percolation, so I used Filterstorm to blend parts of the original Lomob photo on top of the final DXP blended image.

About DocPop

It all started with games.. During his daily ride on SF BART, Doctor Popular would constantly drain his new iPhone's battery playing Field Runners, but this app obsession soon spread from games to music. Using apps like Nanoloop and Thumbjam, Doc created an an entire album with his iPhone. He was also one of the first street musicians to perform with an iPad. Now Doc spends most of his spare time creating photography and visual art with his iPhone. Currently he is working on The Daily App Experiment, a year long collection of experimental art, and a book collecting his "appsperiments".
