Diggin’ on Snapseed

I’ve got a new app obsession.

It’s called Snapseed. This photo-editing app retails at $4.99, but a few weeks back this sucker was free for like 48 hours and I was lucky enough to snag it when some of my Instagram buddies pointed it out.

So yeah, I think I’m in love

It’s pretty meaty. And I’m still getting stuck in. But one of it’s most obvious strengths appears to be its interface. Its pretty easy to use, and I love the ability to continue adding layers of interesting edits and effects as you go along.

Besides the standard adjustments (lighting, contrast, etc), Snapseed has a few cool features, including the ability to highlight control points, blur parts of an image, and plenty of awesome filters, my favorite of which is grunge.

What photo-editing apps are you obsessing over? Let me know about ‘em.
(Oh btw, these pics are all taken in Hong Kong with the iPhone4 camera and then edited in snapseed)

I love snapseed too! It has so many elements to it! People cringe at the price at first, but many realize the value soon after using it! I paid for it before it was free, and would do so again! Great post man!

Love that first photo! And the others too.
